Gold Blend – Premium Freeze-Dried Instant Coffee

Take 1–2 teaspoons (2g–3g) of Chariot New York Gold Blend Instant Coffee into a cup.

Add 150ml of hot water (80–90°C). Stir well.

Add sugar and milk/cream as per taste, or enjoy it black for a pure coffee experience.

For iced coffee: Dissolve coffee in a little hot water, add ice cubes, chilled milk/water, and stir.

Use the right amount of coffee: Follow the instructions on the package for the recommended amount of coffee to use. Usually, it's around 1 to 2 teaspoons per cup. Adjust according to your taste preferences.

Use hot, not boiling water: Boiling water can burn the coffee and give it a bitter taste. Heat the water until it's hot but not boiling, then pour it over the coffee.

Experiment with brewing methods: While the traditional way of making instant coffee is to mix it with hot water, you can also try brewing it with a French press or pour-over for a richer flavour.

Store properly: Keep your instant coffee in an airtight container in a cool, dry place to maintain its freshness and flavour. Avoid storing it in the fridge or freezer, as moisture can affect the quality of the coffee.

Don't let it sit for too long: Instant coffee can lose its flavour quickly, so try to drink it as soon as it's made. Avoid letting it sit for too long, as it can become bitter and lose its aroma.
